Here we have a sweet little RCA Victor in dark-green. This unit was at one time a portable radio operating on “no longer produced” 72V DC batteries. Before the invention of the transistor, portable radios required high-voltage for the tubes to properly function. This unit has now been converted to operate on a AC wall voltage. Enjoy listening to your favorite MP3’s or AM radio broadcasts on this quaint antique!

Inside this radio we find a 4 tube AM amplifier, and a 4 inch loudspeaker.

This radio has been restored and converted with a direct MP3/iPhone line-in. USB charger and Bluetooth upgrades available.
